Returns Policy

At McConnell's Horse Supply we want to ensure you of the best products at great prices. Sometimes though things can happen in shipping or by the manufacturer. We want to make the best possible experience for you. In the event of an item needing to be returned follow the steps below:

  1. Call 541.915.1542 or email info@mcconnellshorsesupply.com to discuss the issue with us to determine best return options.

  2. Please return merchandise in the original condition...unused and unworn within 30 days.

  3. Indicate the reason for the return on the invoice along with your preference for a refund or exchange.

  4. Please ship prepaid UPS or Parcel Post.  Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.  Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error in filling your order or receipt of damaged product.

  5. Credit will be issued to the original credit card account within 30 days of the return of the merchandise.

These items may not be returned:

  • Vaccines and pharmaceuticals
  • Custom or special order items such as custom horse clothing, blankets, custom order color combinations, etc.
  • Black saddles
  • Custom bits (standard sized bits are returnable)
  • Embroidered or monogrammed items and clothing.

Returns that have not been cleared with us will result in the merchandise being returned to you at additional cost.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase, unless specifically authorized by McConnell's Show Horse Supply.
